“Okay for me yoga was a big benefit. Firstly, my menstruation its almost 1 year six month I never have my mensus but luckily I have my mensus back nd imagine it takes only 2 days yoga means only 2 hours yoga class ...I was so happy about it ...Since I gave birth to my Younger son. I never have my mensus till I join the team for the Yoga class. Secondly, Stress: its reduces my stress. Being here for about 3 months now ...to me is kind of challenge as wife nd a mum I have Plenty things I use to think about family &Kids nd work .Even though I'm away from my family nd kids ...I was able to get it through when I go for the Yoga class. Thirdly, Reduces Pain In my body ...which I use to have back pain before since I start join yoga I feel okay now .
