Lako Yoga Fiji

The company’s vision is to use mindfulness, yoga, and meditation to empower people by leading them towards the journey of well-being. Holistic living requires us to assess and address the health of our bodies, minds, and soul.

Lako Yoga believes cultivating mindfulness is the key to creating the changes we want to see in our lives.

Yoga is an ancient practice designed to reunite the body, mind, and soul. It helps us reconnect with our intuition by reminding us to listen to the wisdom of our bodies. When we remember to honour our bodies, learn to set boundaries, and say no to the things not meant for us, we begin to elevate well-being through self-love and self-respect.

Meet Lea founder of Lako Yoga Fiji

Lea first came to Fiji in 2013 as an exchange student studying at the University of the South Pacific. She immediately fell in love with the ocean, the people, and the freedom of the islands. After graduating, she worked as a teacher in Peace Corps Vanuatu for two years and moved back to Fiji.

Surfing, yoga, and Fiji have transformed her life into something bigger than she could have ever imagined. Her love for the three fuel her to discover what it truly means to live a free life.
